Enter the information NBCS needs to verify your registration and recognize you at the field:
- Full real name
- Mobile phone number
- Date of birth
- City and ZIP code only — do not enter a street address
- A recent, clear photo showing your face
Join and complete registration
Open the NBCS invitation or enter group code VBEKA in Spond, then complete the participant waiver before attending. At your first session, bring a valid government-issued photo ID so an NBCS organizer can confirm that your name and date of birth match your registration.
Required forms
Complete the Participation Agreement / Waiver and Player Position Form before attending. Players who have not completed the required forms may not be placed in the active roster.
Annual liability insurance required
Participation in NBCS is free. However, Columbia County requires every player to have liability insurance coverage. The estimated cost is $15–$25 per year and must be paid before the player is cleared to participate.
First-session ID check
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to your first session. An authorized NBCS organizer will visually compare your name and date of birth with your registration one time. NBCS does not photograph, scan, copy, upload, or retain your ID or identification number.

NBCS only collects information needed to verify eligibility, manage participation, and communicate program and safety updates.
