Privacy, consent, and data use

NBCS collects only the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, administer participation, communicate program and safety updates, and operate the program.

At your first session, an authorized NBCS organizer will visually inspect a valid government-issued photo ID one time solely to confirm your identity and age eligibility by matching your name and date of birth to your registration. NBCS does not photograph, scan, copy, upload, or retain your ID or identification number. We may record only that identity and age verification was completed.

NBCS limits access to your phone number, date of birth, city, and ZIP code to authorized program administrators. Within Spond, contact information is configured for administrator-only access. Other members may see your name, profile photo, event participation information, and any content you choose to share through Spond.

NBCS does not require or request your street address. Please do not provide one as part of your NBCS registration.

NBCS does not sell or rent your registration information. Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for program administration and applicable legal, safety, insurance, or recordkeeping purposes, and is securely deleted or disposed of when no longer needed.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and consent to its use for these purposes, including non-marketing communications related to your participation, scheduling, program operations, and safety.

Spond separately processes information through its platform. Your use of Spond is also subject to Spond’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
